The Great Rift Valley Innovation Summit is inviting Ethiopian startups for its inaugural pitch competition. The Pitch Competition offers a crucial opportunity for early-stage and growth-stage startups to secure a share of $750,000 in non-dilutive grant funding. This initiative, powered by the Ethiopian Diaspora Trust Fund (EDTF), aims to empower innovators in the critical sectors of Education, Health, and Agriculture.
They are looking for companies or social enterprises that have either launched their product or service or are at the minimum viable product (MVP) stage. Applicants should demonstrate a history of sales and have a clear strategy for scaling or entering new markets.
Before applying, ensure you have your Pitch Deck ready (5-10 slides maximum), a Business Plan (up to 10 pages), and a Financial Model. Additionally, you will need to provide your Business License. Apply before December 15.
