The Ethiopian Youth Entrepreneurs Association (EYEA), in collaboration with the Government of China and Beijing Foreign Studies University, invites female entrepreneurs in Ethiopia to apply for the Global Female Entrepreneurship Empowerment Program (GFEEP) – Ethiopia Workshop.
This fully funded 14-day intensive training (December 8–21, 2025, in Addis Ababa) is designed to equip women entrepreneurs with advanced business skills, strategic leadership tools, and access to a global network of peers and mentors.
Eligibility Criteria
- Be a female entrepreneur based in Ethiopia (priority for Addis Ababa).
- Have operated a business for at least 2 years.
- Be a founder, shareholder (20%+), or key decision-maker in the business.
- Be able to commit to the full 14-day program.
- Have basic English proficiency.
- Be facing real business challenges and seek structured, practical solutions.
- Ideal for women running startups, family businesses, cooperatives, or ventures engaged in Ethiopia-China trade and the digital economy.
