Fuzé Ethiopia Challenge: €20,000–€100,000 for Early-Stage Tech Startups

Early-stage Ethiopian tech startups can now compete for €20,000–€100,000 in funding through the Fuzé Ethiopia Challenge, with added mentorship and pan-African exposure.

Digital Africa, in partnership with weVentureHub, Flat6Labs, Renew Capital, and P1 Ventures, has launched the Fuzé Ethiopia Challenge in Addis Ababa. The initiative targets early-stage Ethiopian tech startups with innovative, scalable solutions and aims to connect them to a pan-African network of investors, mentors, and innovators. 

 

Eligibility

  • Ethiopian tech startups at an early stage with scalable, innovative solutions
  • The Company is less than 18 months old or less than 36 months old if it generates revenue or has raised funds.
  • Readiness to engage with the wider African innovation community
  • Solutions in fintech, healthtech, agritech, mobility & logistics, or clean energy
  • Willingness to pitch and connect with the continent’s ecosystem

 

Benefits

Selected startups will receive €20,000 to €100,000 in funding to accelerate their growth. Beyond capital, participants gain access to mentorship, regional networks, and increased visibility among investors, partners, and ecosystem leaders. Finalists will pitch live in Addis Ababa this September, presenting their ideas to influential decision-makers in Africa’s innovation landscape.
