The Jasiri Talent Investor programme is an opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs in Ethiopia, Kenya, and Rwanda. This fully funded, 13-month programme is designed to discover and invest in promising entrepreneurs who are ready to create high-impact businesses.

The process seeks to recruit and select high-potential aspiring entrepreneurs selected candidates will be supported to identify equally ambitious co-founders and to develop Market-Creating Innovations. Women entrepreneurs are highly encouraged to apply.!

Programme Structure:
The Jasiri Talent Investor consists of six key stages:

1. Jasiri JumpStart
2. Team Formation
3. Customer Discovery
4. Problem Validation
5. Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
6. Venture Creation

This comprehensive framework connects specific goals with the necessary support to overcome challenges in business creation.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Be an Ethiopian, Kenyan, or Rwandan resident or part of the diaspora.
• Commit to full-time entrepreneurship and participate in a three-month Residential Intensive in Rwanda.
• Possess knowledge and skills in their professional field, with the ability to identify opportunities within their sector.
• Show dedication to launching an innovative venture with high growth potential.
• Have a history of achievement, problem-solving, and value creation.
• Be collaborative and eager to connect with like-minded peers.

Benefits:
Participants will receive:

• Transportation from their current residence to the Residential Site in Kigali.

• A monthly stipend of RWF 317,145 (approximately KES 39,463 or ETB 14,130).
