Apply Now: Funding for Civil Society to Tackle Illicit Financial Flows in Africa

SecFin Africa is inviting civil society organizations and research institutes in Eastern Africa to apply for grants of €50,000–€150,000 to support efforts against illicit financial flows.

SecFin Africa has launched a Call for Proposals to support civil society and research institutions in Eastern Africa working to combat illicit financial flows (IFFs) and organized crime.

 

The program will fund awareness campaigns, capacity building, policy advocacy, and data-driven research aimed at promoting transparency, accountability, and civic engagement in financial governance.

  • Project duration ranges from 24-27 months

This Call for Proposals (CfP) is directly aligned with SO3 of SecFin Africa for Eastern and Southern Africa countries aiming to support initiatives by CSOs at the National and Local level, and Research Institutes at Regional level to increase public awareness, promote greater transparency and hold States accountable to act against IFFs and Organized Crime.
