Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, the business must be majority-owned by its founders and team members at the time of application. The applicant must be part of the founding team. In terms of equity, one of the following conditions must be met: either a woman or multiple women are the largest shareholders of the founder equity (not total equity), or the applicant owns a share that is greater than or equal to that of each of her co-founders. The business should be early-stage, for-profit, and demonstrate a strong and sustainable social and/or environmental impact. Additionally, a good command of the English language is required.
