This programme is designed to support African innovators building the foundational infrastructure necessary for AI ecosystems to scale across the continent from data centers and cloud compute to energy and payment systems.

Eligibility
Open to AI entrepreneurs, startups, and research-led teams from 14 priority African countries: Algeria, Angola, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Kenya, Morocco, Mozambique, Republic of Congo, Senegal, Tanzania, Mauritania, and Tunisia.

The programme runs two tracks: the Infrastructure Ready Track for ventures with immediate compute needs and market-ready solutions, and the Infrastructure Curious Track for early-stage innovators requiring foundational support to scale.
