Are you a woman leading an enterprise with sustainable solutions in health or food security? The Bayer Foundation Women Entrepreneurs Award 2025 is seeking women entrepreneurs across Asia Pacific, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East who are ready to scale their impact and create sustainable change. This award offers a unique opportunity to elevate your work and amplify your mission through resources, support, and visibility. 

 

Award winners will receive a comprehensive 6-month accelerator programme, providing tailored mentorship, expert networks, and entrepreneurial support. 

 

In addition, winners will receive a fully funded trip to an exclusive award ceremony, offering a valuable opportunity to connect with peers and global leaders. A €25,000 cash support will be granted to help grow your business and expand your reach. Winners will also gain significant visibility and recognition, sharing their story on a global stage. Finally, winners will be inducted into the Bayer Foundation Alumni Community, a global network of past winners and changemakers, and gain access to the Impact Hub Network, a global community of 320,000 impact innovators and entrepreneurs.

 

To be eligible, applicants must be women in leadership positions (co-founder or C-level) operating sustainable, revenue-generating businesses (up to $500,000 USD annual revenue) with a strong business mindset. The enterprise should offer an impactful solution in health and/or food security, aiming to reach low or middle-income communities in Africa, Asia Pacific (excluding Australia & New Zealand), Latin America, or the Middle East. Applicants should demonstrate a strong personal drive and commitment to social impact. Business registration in the Global South is preferred.
