$20,000 Up for Grabs in 2025 AYuTe Ethiopia Challenge for Young AgriTech Innovators

Are you a young innovator passionate about transforming agriculture through technology? The 2025 AYuTe Ethiopia Challenge is now accepting applications. 

AYuTe Ethiopia Challenge is a national edition of AYuTe Africa Challenge open to youth AgriTech innovators in Ethiopia. The objective of AYuTE Ethiopia Challenge is to identify a winning agricultural and innovative tech ideas with the potential to address challenges of smallholder farmers in Ethiopia by improving production, productivity, income, access to finance and/or resilience, and to award a young Agritech innovator who stand-out in stages of innovation Pitch Competition. 

Prizes 

A total of $20,000 in cash grants will be awarded to the top three winners:

• 1st Place: $10,000
• 2nd Place: $6,500
• 3rd Place: $3,5001

Who Can Apply?

• Young AgriTech innovators from all regions and Federal Administrations of Ethiopia
• Individuals or teams with innovative ideas or solutions at any stage of development
• Solutions must demonstrate potential impact for smallholder farmers in Ethiopia
